“A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depends on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the full measure I have received and am receiving.”

-Albert Einstein

“If one reflects deeply on every aspect of one’s life, be it fame, food, shelter or everything that are conditions for one’s happiness and survival, all of these have relevance to other being’s contributions. They are dependent upon contributions of other sentient beings. So one needs to realize that there isn’t a single aspect of one’s existence where there is no participation by others’ contributions.”

-The Dalai Lama

3 people who shaped my life. they breathed life to me and give me the best time of their lives. from them, i inherited values of life and the meaning of life. they gave me their virtues and experiences in life that i could never have incurred myself. having them from the moment i exist, is truely a blessing
grandmother: passed away when i was 14
mother: passed away when i was 18
godmother: passed away when i was 25

they saw me come into existence, 26 years ago. it is my blessing

it is also my blessing, that when each of them passed on, i was there to witness and share their last breath.

my actions in this lifetime can never be enough to show my gratitude towards them.

may i have the chance to see and replay their kindness in my next.

After much reflections done recently, I would like to say a BIG BIG thaNK yOU to all who has helped me in any ways.

Thank you.

I want to thank my beloved aunt, Ms Tan Eng Poh, for her unconditional showering of love and care over the past few years, until now.

I wish her good health.

Just wanna say hi to the people who were at the Venerable Hall yesterday and today.

It was my first experience volunteering at KMS and it was really fun knowing you people. I do look forward in more of your future activities. :)

Thanks for everything. =)
