Like to thank this da CHAN jin for introducing Da Chang Jin to me 2 years ago. This korean drama series was really inspiring :)

da CHAN jin also introduced me to korean culture, travelling around the world and how to drink coffee quietly in meridian hotel lobby.

I wish to thank….
my ex boyfriend…. thanks for allowing me to see myself clearer, to reflect on myself more in order to be a better person, and to follow the dharma more closely. though you have hurt me deeply, but i still want to thank you for those wonderful memories you have given me when we were together
my family…. for supporting me when i was in depression and going thru the difficult times
my friends….for lending me their listening ears whenever i broke down and giving me encouragement and words of comfort
a few others… for excusing me when i did things which i shouldn’t when i was out of control of my emotions
buddha and his teachings… which has helped me a great deal thru this ordeal

“A hundred times a day I remind myself that my inner and outer life depends on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the full measure I have received and am receiving.”

-Albert Einstein

“If one reflects deeply on every aspect of one’s life, be it fame, food, shelter or everything that are conditions for one’s happiness and survival, all of these have relevance to other being’s contributions. They are dependent upon contributions of other sentient beings. So one needs to realize that there isn’t a single aspect of one’s existence where there is no participation by others’ contributions.”

-The Dalai Lama

Our Gratitude to our Guru, Khen Rinpoche Gyurme Sangay Wangdi from Bhutan!

Your Precious Image is always in our Mind,

with each breathe that we take,

when it is time to go to bed,

and in the bardo of sleep,

In the moment of wakefulness,

with every step that we take,

and each moment that we speak,

During our practise,

and mealtimes,

and even when suffering arises,

We never forget your teachings of Compassion, Lovingkindness and Bodhicitta towards all Sentient beings.

May YOU please Guide us again and again in the BuddhaDharma until Enlightenment. May YOU have good health and long life so that YOU can remain in Samsara to guide us and all sentient beings on the true path to Enlightenment!

The Gratitude & Love we have towards YOU is beyond the definition of any words! The best Gift we can give to YOU, our Guru is to continually make good effort in our practice !

with metta always, Lizzie & Benson, My Healing Hands

May All Sentient Beings Never Be Separated from the Blessings and Guidance of their Guru and the Triple Gem until Enlightenment!
